fajita spice mix

fajita¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ – ½ teaspoon cayenne (amount depends on how much heat you want)
¼ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed

Mix al the ingredients together and store in an airtight container. I make up 4 times the amount so that there’s always some in the cupboard, I make chicken fajitas which I serve either in flour tortilla’s or crispy taco shells but this mix (minus the chicken stock cube) can easily be added to lotf of peppers, mushrooms and onions for the same thing. Serve with guacamole, refried beans, crispy potato wedges and greek yogurt….
