200g dessicated coconut
1 can of condensed milk (397g)
200g chocolate
Mix the coconut and milk together, then shape into lumps, whatever shaped lump you like and place on a sheet of greasproof paper onto a tray and leave to set in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate
and leave to cool and then coat the bars with it and leave on a wire rack to solidify. That’s it, easy peasy
